Seems like a good value play here. Short-term upside to 6.47, 7.68, and then 8+ (downside to about $4.68)
Stock value is about $14.
Pros:
+It'll go back to $10 if USDBRO goes above $50
+Backed by Hutchison Group (Li Ka Shing owns 63% of the company)
+Depreciated price from lowered dividend already priced in (back in April)
Cons:
- If oil goes below $30 (which it can't because Trump gotta win votes)
