$HTG know your prey.
I bought this at 11 on the break like an amateur on the break a month or so back. But made sure I didn't miss the buy below 12 last week. this stock is clearly a buy the dip sell the rip job as it goes steadily higher. If I was a betting man I think this stock is being played with for accumulation.
