ICP MOMENTUM SHIFT
ICP has began to shift momentum on the weekly indicatort. This is the first time it is done so nearly ever. this is long overdue and we can see now that a momentum shift is occurring to the upside. This marks the beginning a new phase and one of the first weekly closes in an upward Direction.
