ICP Leading the Way - TP Target $23.04

I am waiting on a pullback to enter ICP as it leads the way with a good increase in volume that hasn't been reflected in most other coins despite their increase in price. Most coins I am seeing overbought signals on the 4 hour suggesting an opportunity for a pull back.
For ICP, I am looking at buys at approx. 11.54 and 10.90 before we keep moving (VWAP's on 4 hr and Daily).
TP's depend on how long you like to hold, Fib Level 1.618 is 23.04 for an optimistic target, most likely TP along the way to this.
