ICX Bottom? or another dead cat bounce

2019年10月27日We have seen ICX bounce significantly multiple times in this downtrend. Will this time be any different? We will see if we can get over the 50MA on the daily before we shout out any sort of bottoming pattern. You could take a very, very tiny speculative play here with a tight stop. I would prefer to wait and see if we can get over the 50
