INFRATEL Breaking out of Channel on Weekly Timeframe
INFRATEL seems to be breaking out of its downward trending channel on the on the weekly timeframe. Breakout confirmation after breaching of 38.2 Fib level of 260 with initial Target of 61.8 Fib level of 345.
