IOU back on watchlist.
A daily close above 40c could see IOU start a new uptrend. Payments sector coming back into light yesterday could see some small cap stocks move. IOU has broke downtrend and is basing, so any move above 40c and close on daily will be a good starting point.
Entry now with a stop at 33c is good risk reward imo. (Just might be waiting for that pop over 43EMA)
