IRCTC has continuously made HL and finally taken support at 1320-1330. For it to break 1500 now it has to make a HL above 1414 where it faced resistance. if it take support and consolidate for some time there then 1500 can be broken easily.
You can buy small qty at 1320-1330 level and accumulate more at lower levels.
