With gas prices expected to come down from 1st April when the prices are revised...Ceramic companies will be among the biggest beneficiaries.
Gas currently makes up 55-60% of the price of ceramic companies..They increased prices of tiles which were absorbed by the market, they might find no incentive to reduce the prices even when RM prices go down which might lead to better margins.
Long aboe 1100 with a stoploss below 1035.
