KRL/USTD Issue! (IMPORTANT)

i bought some KRL/USTD last week. (spot trade)
i wanted to sell it but for some reason i can't i tried all options for selling ; limit, market etc none of it works it's like it get stuck when i click sell.
weird never happened to me before. anyone knows whats the issue here?
