WHOG @ 2 >> 3
It is a REAL strong uptrend. WHOG is gaining strength. W&R success.
However, there is NO power up. Fibo hit up and down. X1<X2.
Even though it is T1<T2, TP should be fibo 61.8 only. I believe it is unlikely for price to break previous high.
