1.5 million LINK tokens dumped on 03-19: second Developer Wallet

One Developer Wallet 'kinda' empty (etherscan.io/token/0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca?a=0xf37c348b7d19b17b29cd5cfa64cfa48e2d6eb8db), and they just go to the next one. If they do the same as the first one, every friday there will be 1.5 million tokens dumped; to whom? I have no idea
