Function of first time back / retest - To confirm that area is strong. After Retest, there are always decision point that hidden below that we need to observe and find at much smaller time frame.
The Long shadow i call it as Fail to return and usually happen on top of decision point. The longer shadow is much better. Usually price will break LOW of this shadow and going down until decision point of entry.
