LTC - Bullish RSI Divergence (May Mean NOTHING Due To BTC.D

Even though we have bullish behavior in one indicator it looks very bear still considering the 72% BTC dominance we are currently experiencing.

I'd wait for clear direction with the bulls and over some longer-term moving averages before acting.
