Since the price is fixed under a strong resistance level of $ 39.50, it will most likely continue to decrease to a strong liquidity zone $ 34.50 - 35.50. The decline in the Moving Averages is a confirmation of this. Therefore, you can open the short position.
But if in the near future buyers will fix the price above the local level of strong resistance $ 40.85 (unlikely), then you can open a long position.
