$34 Rise on the first leg gives us our target which lines up nicely to the 1.618 fib extension off of the 0.618 bounce. Also what appears to be an inverse head and shoulder can be seen forming inside the pennant which should cause the breakout. It is just a matter of time.

As you can see we have broken out of the top with volume which is a great sign. The bulls will need to keep pouring in volume to get this to our target of $116. Look for resistance at the $95-$100 range
