LTC will rise over 100 USD in long run, in worse case price just hovers around current levels. LTC is big in South Korea so any news there might shoot price any direction. LTC low transactions fees and quick transactions make it great for mass implementation, volume is usually in top 3 coins around 1 bil. as market capitalization is 5 th coin about 20 times lower than BTC so there is huge space for growth and no coin is close to replace LTC's position.
