Just like human being stock also show & work under some behaviour...look at this chart of United spirits (McDowell). If we study long term pattern ..it clearly shows some behaviour 1) stock is moving under box pattern i.e darvax box pattern or rectangular box pattern..and time period of breaking this pattern is 7-8yrs. 2) this box pattern is ranging between 50 to 80% 3) before breaking this box pattern stock create double bottom or W pattern inside the box pattern..... Now I feel stock is ready to move in new box ...as per range 50-80% upside possible CMP: 822 sl: 700(wcb).... And if you observe 1 leg of W pattern get created in 10-15 month only. ....
