MMP accumulating

MMP is a major midstream with the biggest refined products pipeline in the US.
It is part of my dividend portfolio with over 7% yield and low leverage relative to the sector.
For the past month or so, I had been reducing my stake as the share price had been trending down since the June high.
However my indicators suggest that price momentum has reversed and so long as this holds, I will again start to accumulate
