Meme coins fly when the chain they are on begin to fly. The bad: 
ETH has been mostly stagnant for the last year so this has been in an accumulation range since it was launched. It has an ultra low MC, a following, is very new, and is not (yet) on any major exchanges, plus literally nobody is shilling it! A 50x to 100x is not out of the question when ETH starts to move and the shills come out of the woodwork. The risk to reward is hard to beat.
