This setup looks really strong. It's above the weekly and monthly trend lines plus it's about to exit this weekly grey volume box and test higher prices/next volume zone, which would be the burgundy and grey lines.
There has also been much news lately about speculators downgrading price targets, I wouldn't pay those much mind because I've seen many times where it has done the opposite of what they said.
