Metal just came out of a falling wedge a few months back with massive accumulation and the green volume candles have been all over the place ever since (check 4H window). The RSI has been registering higher lows showing a reversal. The OBV also confirms the elevated volume since the past several weeks.
This is a 17 million market cap which just announced the launch of their own crypto exchange. This should increase the adoption of its native coin MTL.
