It is evident that NASDAQ has reached its highest point ever on the monthly charts. Over the past five weeks, there has been a change of momentum and rejections on the weekly charts. Dropping to the daily charts, we observe a daily engulfing candle, indicating that shorts are in play, with a target of 17200.
