History tends to repeat itself, or does it? Neo is looking like its going to repeat the last market cycle we've seen and with the crypto space is becoming desensitized to the ICO Fud plus this being listed on more exchanges I think the stars are aligning for another big pump. From here it looks like we break out of this wedge to a cup and handle and then its blast off. Just thoughts from an amateur.
