5th Wave of NEO to begin

After the China FUD, Wave 2 for NEO was nasty, long and deep. Therefore, Wave 4 should be quick and shallow. I see a complete 4 Wave ABC pattern, though it's hard to be certain the C Wave has completed because it ends higher than the A Wave. However, this does happen often in crypto so Wave 5 should be heading up for a target of 1.8 million sats (.018) by the first week of March. And because the 3 Wave didn't end much higher than the 1 Wave I could see the 5th Wave's wick extend to an even 2 million sats (.02). Buying volume needs to pick up though.
