NEO - End of falling wedge - $39 and $42 target points

NEO is completing is correction in a larger Elliot Wave triangle.
Currently at the bottom if this triangle, short term price action is bounded into a falling wedge.

UPWARD breakout --> $39 and $42 targets
DOWNWARD breakout. --> $36 and $33 targets
