NEO/USDT ALERT - POSS BREAKOUT! STILL LONG TERM BULLISH

NEO is trying again to break out from the pattern it's been ranging within the last month. It has some volume behind it. Watch for a retest of the trendline, and if it fails, look for continued ranging within the pattern.
