My idea of March 14th turned out to be true and we got to my first 
NEOUSDT target. The next target is near $12. And the ultimate target (strongest resistance) is $17.5.
At the moment, the price is still at resistance and on 1D timeframe it was a bearish retest.
And don't forget price is still down 93% from the top
