NatGas: Oil bombing fear fomo

You must have heard about the 2 Aramco (they're doing an IPO soon btw...) sites drone bombing.
Interesting time for this to happen...
Unsurprisingly the market reacted strongly.
Pretty much every thing gapped.
Dozens of currency pairs... Oil is going to gap pretty sure.
And NatGas gapped.

It's probably (yet another) overreaction.

I was eager to short this before, but these news give me a great entry and RR.
I saw the price go way up, I get a very good RR here, but it was too fast for me to enter asap.
Set a limit order, let's see if I get filled.

The news might also ruin the trade...

Oil is ridiculous


The US president announced the release of a large Oil supply.
So now pretty much the reason for the increase in price is gone and logically the price should "reset".
He is releasing a supply big enough so every one is well supplied.

"Based on the attack on Saudi Arabia, which may have an impact on oil prices, I have authorized the release of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, if needed, in a to-be-determined amount sufficient to keep the markets well-supplied. I have also informed all appropriate agencies to expedite approvals of the oil pipelines currently in the permitting process in Texas and various other States."

I didn't short Oil because it was too random and went up too much and not an interesting area, can't tell where it stops, and idk oil trading wasn't opened while the rest was. Maybe they halted it or something.

SL can be moved above the previous swing high.

Moved my SL to about 3 times my risk I think,
And I got a limit close if the price drops to previous swing low.

A shame I got out "early", but what can you do?



I expect a wave 5 but I don't really know where 4 will end, somewhere around 2.4-2.45 if I had to make a call, and no idea where 5 would end...



Nothing I can predict, so I wait till it starts a new trend or breaks year lows...
