how price action work

now i am excceptig market no movement in the market and 17788 upper side and 17717 down side because market already already moved down side as much as [possibile and if it will go upper side it will hit resistence thus no movemnt left in the market, as usual we have seen if market movement in first half than sideways in second half. if no big movement on friday than chances of trending on the monday what we have seen today
