BitNile Holdings has announced that two of its subsidiaries are combining to create a new Publicly Traded EV Charging and Power Solutions Company, TurnOnGreen.

BitNile will Distribute 140 Million Shares and an Equal Number of Warrants to Purchase Shares of TurnOnGreen to BitNile Holdings’ Stockholders.
Market Cap of only 58.711Mil.
I think this stock has an upside potential of 300%.
