Always trade the instrument that had the better support

I am seeing that reversals work better on markets that trade of support.
because of that support (price went to prior open or close price)
S&P moved higher
than nasdaq during
the day of the reversal

and today nasdaq moved higher as S&P did not go to its priorday opening price...
