$NVCN (Neovasc) may be getting its wings ready for flight.
Caution with this one. It may be in just another of those temporary bumps as it has done before. However, it may be, as I think, readying for it's next move to point 3 of the third wave. Let's hope so.
The indicators I use suggest another upward directional change may be about to materialize. If it does, it may go to about $0.15 before the big correction to wave 4.
