Tipple top on NVDA

Based on what could be a possible triple top, the cme gaps @ $423 and 319 this could make this stock easily fall. Sounds like the S&P sold 600 billion in one hour today. Possible double top on the SPY. Just things to consider when buying. Would love to hear your thoughts!
