In yesterday's forecast, I expected NU to pullback deeper towards 0.7171 support zone as we need to see that over-extended condition attracting more sellers into the market before buyers step in, which was exactly what the market performed. Currently will be looking for short-term buying opportunities ONLY if 0.7171 support zone holds. As this is a bullish reversal setup, we will have have our targets slightly further, but do pay attention to 0.7240 (initial target) resistance zone, ultimate target will be the previous daily high 0.7310 zone. However, If the short-term selling pressure remains strong, we could expect further sell-off towards 0.7116 zone. The overall trend on the higher timeframe remains bullish.
