In a daily time frame, a potential head & shoulders is going to be formed, thus I will manage the price action at the area and enter a short position.
From COT perspectives (Oder Flow perspectives), hedge fund has started to add both short and long position. Adding short positions in a downtrend market is to push the price to the downside whereas adding long position in a downtrend market is to create a retracement in order to enter short in a higher price.
In conclusion, we will be monitoring the price action in 4H time frame, because my strategy is "Monthly,Weekly, Daily for direction & 4H for entry."
