NZDUSD is Bullish

Price was in a strong downtrend, however a matured bullish divergence seems to be at play on four hourly time frame, as previous lower high is broken. If the bulls manage to sustain pressure then we can expect a reversal as per Dow theory. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
