Large scale Dbl Top - could lead to Short Opps

Appears to be a nice shaoping Dbl Top on this Pair
Daily shows congestion around 0.7200 and 0.7300 range - similar structure in June/ July 2017
Plan - trade the rise to top of congestion and watch for the pull back, set short for the bounce off Resistance in blue box.
Should get target around 0.7150.
