I missed the big run up on Realty Income. I was looking at it and before I knew it I decided not to chase. Now that it has spent 356 days in a down trend and is down around 22% nearing it's trend line , I think it is going to be soon for it to start going back up. I am sure a lot of dividend investors owning this stock have been worried over the past year. About a 4.5% dividend and possibly new up trend to get into has me watching this very closely now.

Never materialized into anything and looks like it wants to keep dropping still. New rate hike scaring people from this company it seems.
