$FIL / USDT Forecast (10->15->19->$25)

I consider it as having broken the downtrend for almost 9 months and retested at the next candle in the daily.
Possible possible targets
TP1 = $10.3
TP2 = $15.9
TP3 = $19.4
TP4 = $25.0
