Despite all the blood in the market, POWR has held ground after a large spike in volume. Currently POWR looks good, and a bullish pennant in the short-term and cup and handle over the last 12 months with this surge in volume creating the handle. All I am waiting for is volume, which historically results from money comeing out of BTC when in a bear run into promising altcoins.
