PROM SHORT TAGET
We have seen breakout from the descending channel withe a retest as Confirmation leading us to a micro C&H. I would advise you use an hour tf to ratify the C&H formation. I expect prom to breakout of the handle and hit the target but only if btc can hold a little more positions.
