PRVA Head and Shoulders Pattern?
Privia Health looks to me to be both a Head and Shoulders Pattern and “had’ a Double Top pattern. This chart is looking like it wants lower prices. It is about ready to break below the neckline. It has also been living below the shorter term 8 EMA (teal) the 20 EMA (green) and the now down sloping 50 DMA (red). It also has a declining RS line but is still above an upsloping 200 DMA (black). This is a short candidate for me. If I take this trade, I will be mindful of the 200 DMA as a possible support zone. All TBD. Ideas, not trading / investing advice.

10/21 started a small short position @ 32.45. My stop will be on a close above the 8 ema. Let's see how it plays out.
