Technically RISING WEDGE suggests the future lower price.
fundamentally the EARNING is suggested lower than the previous one. When the previous EARNING was released $0.30 the stock price fell at around $36.00 and now the EARNING is foretasted $0.27 which is $0.03 is lower than the previous but the stock price is higher than previous so, predict a fall in price
