QRDO potential long

QRDO has broken out of downtrend on the daily, first time since January. Could long here but smarter thing to do would be wait for a retest as BTC currently correcting just now. Volume looking good last few days but currently testing horizontal resistance and both the 100 day MA and BMSB only slightly higher.
