QTUM Cup & Handle Pattern Spotted
QTUM has been keeping its USD value dead steady after the huge run a week ago. It has been consolidating forming a rounded bottom against BTC and now as BTC started moving a cup and handle pattern is has formed. This is the 4-hour chart and potential upside of above 30% is possible if positive volume comes in.
