REN Cup and handle ... with some risks

REN looks like it is forming a cup and handle.

But it is not a 'good' cup and handle for the following reasons

- the handle is very flat ... could go either way
- MACD is crossing
- EMA 100 is off the chart
- but good uptrend

What to look for

- confirm break out of 4115 = buy
- confirm break out 3990 = cancel everything
