BTC, RLC and the bias on the lower time frame

Bitcoin actually is in a very good shape on the weekly time frame with a claiming back above the 200 EMA as a grand dynamic support since the day one where BTC price has formed. However, lower time frame can be different with major area of resistance is being tested. A lot of variables we need to see and break it down.
