RUT went above the SUPPORT line again before it closed IWM (Russell 2k) looking BETTER and better
RSP (equal weight #SPX) also looking GOOD, look @ BUY VOLUME! It's performing better than SPX While we were wrong for couple days, we were RIGHT in the analysis that breadth was going to get better
