SAIL strugging around 20 dma.

of course it has closed positive on last Friday closing above it.
it appears it will jump from this congestion zone .
quarterly result performance is not affecting stock price for
example Bhel.
Though its quarterly result is not so good
It is having a spectacular rally.
SAIL and BHEL happen to be maharatna public sector enterprizes
of govt of India.
Looking for same type of rally from SAIL.
